Super Bowl XLV parties found all across Billings

Although it may not be a federal holiday, most Americans treat Super Bowl Sunday as such. Families and friends gather together, complete with junk food and all their team gear, and cheer on their teams. Although house parties are the most common viewing choice, Billings businesses also offer their own variety of viewing options for all ages for Superbowl 2011, including the following:

Faith Chapel’s Annual Real Men Super Bowl Party- This event will be held in the Atrium and is open to the public. However, this event is for males only (any age) so it makes a great father-son opportunity. It begins at 2:30 and chili will be provided. It is free to attend, however they request that you bring some sort of snack food and a non-alcoholic drink for yourself. Men do not have to be associated with the Church to attend; just come and have a great time! Faith Chapel is located at 517 Shiloh Road.

Town and Country Lanes and Lounge- They will be showing the game from their 65″ screen and will have free snacks and pizza while they last! For the adults, there will be drink specials during the game, including $2.00 domestic bottles and $2.25 well drinks, along with $5.00 matchplay in the casino. However, the game will also be shown in the bowling alley which creates a great opportunity to bring the whole family! Town and Country Lanes and Lounge is located at 6126 U.S. Highway 312.

Harvest Church- This event is also a men-only event. Sorry ladies! The game will be shown at the Heights Harvest Church, is open to the public, and begins at 3:00 p.m. Tickets including watching the game on the large screen, food, and chances to win prizes, including a shotgun or Broncos tickets! Tickets are $10 per person. Tickets are on sale now in the church lobby on the weekends, at the church office on Monday-Friday, or available online at http://www.harvestweb.net/superbowl. Harvest Church is located at 1235 W. Wicks Lane.

Fiddler’s Green- This Super Bowl party will be perfect for the adults. The party starts at 2:00 p.m. and they will have drink specials and complimentary hot wings and meatballs during half-time. They will also have several prizes and giveaways during the game. At their casino, they have a couple Super Bowl boards, which are $2 a square and pay out $100 at halftime and $100 at the end of the game. They also have other boards that are $5 a square and pay out $125 at the end of each quarter. sign up early so you have a chance to make some money while watching the game! Fiddler’s Green is located at 5104 Southgate Drive.

The Grandstand- This casino and bar will also offer a great time for the adults. They will have buckets of beer and many specials on shots, including jell-o shots for only a dollar! There will be free sub sandwiches served during half-time and specials on wings throughout the entire game. In addition, chili and baked beans will be available. The Grandstand is located at 905 Grand Avenue.
