Food Truck Wars in the Rimrock Mall Parking Lot this Saturday

This Saturday, Rimrock Mall is hosting their first Annual Food Truck Wars event in the parking lot of the main entrance.

Some of your favorite local food trucks will be rolling in to serve up their delicious fare and to compete for the Food Truck title in two categories – Sweet and Savory.  Local celeb judges include Stephanie Dormurat from KULR8, Big J of Hot 101.9′s The Big J Show and comedian, Lukas Seely.

There will also be an eating contest at 3pm and the first 10 hungry people to sign up will get to eat a sample from each truck. Sign-ups start at 11am.

A few of the food vendors include Staggering Ox, Blue Moose BBQ, DipStix, SMOR, Dinky Donuts and more.  Simply Wine will feature a beer and wine garden too.

Live music and kids activities including a bounce house will also be part of the event which takes place from 11am to 4pm this Saturday. Let’s eat!
