Anna Paige is a freelance writer based in Billings, Montana and the founder of Pen and Paige. Her regular beats include arts and culture, music, lifestyle, and health and wellness. In addition to feature writing and profile pieces, Anna has produced business and corporate writing.

Anna has spent her career in print and broadcast media in Montana and Wyoming. Her work has appeared in a variety of national and local publications, including writing and photography in The Billings Gazette, The Billings Outpost, photographs in the The New York Times and Parade Magazine, and articles in Magic City Magazine, Lifewise, Yellowstone Valley Woman and Simply Family.

She is an avid supporter of live music and culture in the west and has spent most of her adult life chronicling the music scene around her–from the warehouses of Casper, Wyoming to the green fields of Washington’s Gorge. Writing is her passion and music is her inspiration.

Though intrigued with new media, Anna is working on her creative fiction and nonfiction pursuits to land a HUGE book deal so afterwards she can move into a cabin in the woods and use a typewriter for awhile. In the meantime, she’s obtaining her master’s degree in creative writing online through the University of Denver.
