Cafe DeCamp focuses on serving natural foods that are grown and raised in Montana. We have over thirty local Montana farms and ranches that supply us with fresh product. Buying local foods is important for a number of reasons. It keeps our own economy strong, it means less pollution and waste from transportation, less packaging materials, and fewer preservatives and additives. When we buy foods that are grown nearby we are able to get produce as it becomes ripe and provide you with superior flavor and more nutritional value. Do we carry organic product? Absolutely, as much as we can but buying local is our top priority. If it is organic and local then that’s our first choice. For product that we can’t find in-state we try to find a natural or organic version as well. Chef Jason Corbridge has carefully sourced his ingredients with flavor, sustainability and responsibility to community in mind. The difference is incredible.
